Mobile internet services faced disruptions in Irkutsk Region on June 11 morning, according to Sibirsky Express citing local reports. The issues particularly affected Usolsky District, while Downdetector also recorded complaints about internet outages in Irkutsk city.

Meanwhile, communication problems have persisted for five consecutive days in Omsk Region, with users reporting failures in both mobile data and phone services. Similar network disruptions were noted in Novosibirsk and Pskov Region.

In a separate incident overnight on June 11, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted Kotovsk in Tambov Region, igniting a fire at the local gunpowder plant.

As previously reported by "Agency," early June saw at least 74 internet blackouts across Russian regions—double the total recorded for all of 2024. Initially implemented during May holidays, these restrictions have since become routine, now occurring even without public warnings of drone threats.
