Sources informed Nova-Europe that authorities conducted searches today in Kaliningrad targeting attorneys Maria Bonzler, Roman Morozov, and an unidentified third lawyer.
Later that evening, the Yabloko press service revealed that Maria Bonzler faces allegations of state treason. Their statement also indicated that Roman Morozov, the second lawyer, was described by investigators as Bonzler's "associate." Morozov, a Kaliningrad Yabloko member, reported that after the search, officials questioned him about any connection to the work of Memorial.
