The State Housing Inspectorate has sent notices to the heads of property management companies across various regions of Russia, demanding that resident chats be transferred to the Max messenger. This was reported by the publication *Ostorozhno, Novosti*, which reviewed the relevant documents.
According to the source, such directives have already been received by management organizations in six Russian regions: Moscow, Tula, Nizhny Novgorod, and Belgorod oblasts, as well as Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The distributed letters state: *"The Max messenger was created for secure communication and to provide access to convenient digital services from the state and businesses. The entire Max platform infrastructure is located in Russia, ensuring the protection of personal data and user confidentiality."*
Specifically, the document addressed to Bashkortostan sets a deadline of August 25 of this year for transferring building chats to Max.
It is worth recalling that on July 15, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order granting Max the status of a national messenger. The platform is developed and maintained by *Communication Platform*—a subsidiary of VK. According to stated objectives, the messenger is intended to integrate *"functionality from Russian digital services"*—governmental, financial, and commercial. However, the specific mechanisms for implementing this idea remain unclear for now.
