Singer Naoko has been held accountable under the "discreditation" of the army protocol after performing the composition "Bright Strip." The incident is connected to a message from a fan of Noize MC from Kyiv, who was listening to this track during a drone attack. As reported by "Rotonda" citing Darya Lebedeva, head of the press service of St. Petersburg courts, the case materials indicate that the listener wrote to the musician about playing the song in Kyiv during an attack by Russian drones, feeling the artist's support.
The protocol claims that "through both the song 'Bright Strip' itself and the comment regarding its release, I. A. Alexeyev fosters a negative assessment in society of the Russian Federation's special military operation." On October 16, a St. Petersburg court placed the lead singer of the band Stoptime, Diana Loginova (Naoko), as well as musicians Vladislav Leontyev (drummer) and Alexander Orlov (guitarist), under arrest. They were charged with organizing a rally for performing works by authors recognized as "foreign agents."
