Throughout her distinguished career, Tenyakova performed with several prestigious theaters including the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater, the Mossovet Theater, and the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. She also made memorable film appearances, notably as Lida Ryazayeva in "Big Sister" (1966), Baba Shura in the beloved comedy "Love and Doves" (1984), Evdokia Stolnikova in the detective series "Investigation Leads Experts" (1985, episode "Fire"), and Maria Kirillovna Obrezkova in the drama "The Frenchman" (2019).
