The Primorsky District Court in St. Petersburg has officially prohibited the distribution of Noize MC's song "Swan Lake Cooperative" within Russia, according to Daria Lebedeva, head of the unified press service for the city's courts.
Judges ruled that the track potentially includes elements justifying hostility and hatred, based on an expert assessment. The court also found the song promotes violent overthrow of the constitutional order.
Authorities further determined the lyrics contain profanity, foster negative perceptions of government and military officials, and pose risks to minors by potentially hindering their moral development.
As a result, sharing YouTube links to the track or hosting it on Noize MC's official website is now prohibited.
