The office of Russia's President has reinstated crosses on the country's coat of arms emblem, as noted by the outlet "Beware of the News."

Previously, the digital version of the emblem used on the Kremlin's website and social media since 2017 featured rhombuses instead of crosses. The designers behind the online adaptation explained that they had eliminated "many small details that hindered the state symbol's clarity in digital formats."
