Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University increased annual medical program fees by 33%, from 600,000 to 800,000 rubles. Meanwhile, the Russian Medical University adjusted its dentistry rates upward by 28%, with costs climbing from 750,000 to 960,000 rubles per year.
