Satellite fire detection systems operated by NASA identified blazes near a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh region, according to ASTRA's reporting. Local authorities confirmed infrastructure damage but no injuries: "UAV debris caused power line disruptions in one district, with services quickly restoring electricity. A private residence and garage also sustained roof damage," stated Governor Alexander Gusev.
Residents of Engels, Saratov region, described military airfield strikes, with collateral damage to civilian housing in both Engels and Saratov cities. Officials confirmed no immediate casualties.
Chuvashia's capital, Cheboksary, saw strikes on JSC VNIIR-Progress - a defense contractor previously attacked in June that manufactures anti-jamming antennas for Russian military drones, as ASTRA clarified. A second drone hit an unfinished warehouse on Lapsarsky proezd.
Leningrad region authorities confirmed two drone interceptions, noting significant flight disruptions at Pulkovo Airport with over 50 delays and 13 cancellations by dawn. Bryansk and Tula governors similarly reported no casualties. Several regional administrations remained silent regarding the nighttime attacks.
