A drone attack targeted a business in Izhevsk, as reported by Udmurtia's leader Alexander Brechalov on his Telegram account.
The official stated the assault resulted in three fatalities, with 35 individuals requiring hospital treatment. Among the injured, ten are in critical condition, Brechalov added.
