In Russia, internet users are reporting issues with making calls through the WhatsApp and Telegram messengers. According to data from the Downdetector service, over 6,000 reports of Telegram outages were recorded in the past 24 hours—users complain about being unable to make voice and video calls. Problems with WhatsApp were also noted: around 2,000 complaints were received in the morning hours, peaking at 9:00 Moscow time.
