Blogger Roman Alekhin, who was included in the Ministry of Justice's list of "foreign agents" on September 19, announced the cessation of publications on Telegram and other social networks.

He explained that it is psychologically difficult to create content with the corresponding label while feeling like a loyal citizen: "It is very difficult to write posts with this label when you have not betrayed your homeland, your people, or even the current government."

Alekhin noted that the necessity of calling himself a traitor is deeply traumatizing, as he has not committed betrayal against anyone: "It strongly affects the psyche—to call yourself a traitor when you are not a traitor. But I have not betrayed anyone—neither the people, nor the Russian Church, nor the homeland, nor the president, because betraying one today is equivalent to betraying all."

Additionally, he expressed doubt about the possibility of complying with the "foreign agents" legislation while engaging in public activities: "I cannot imagine how not to break the law if you do anything, especially publicly."

The blogger plans to dedicate his freed-up time to working on a book and restoring his health—admitting that his physical condition "had started to scare him."
