Rosmolodezh has announced a tender to create a unified resource to support teenagers, which is expected to promote their “comprehensive moral and spiritual development”. The project has been allocated 95.6 million rubles. This was reported by Vedomosti.
Project goals
According to the tender documents, the new unified platform is intended to help involve young people in politics and to provide communication with citizens on preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.
As part of the project, there will also be collection and analysis of current requests, thematic trends, and behavioral patterns among young people. In addition, it is planned to identify the most common difficult life situations faced by teenagers.
What will be created
To carry out these tasks, Rosmolodezh plans to launch chatbots, including one in the Max messenger, a voice support line, a VK community, email, and other communication channels. The project is to be completed by the end of the year.
Context
Earlier, the Russian government developed a set of measures to prevent “negative phenomena” among children and young people through 2030. Among those measures was the creation of student “cyber squads” tasked with checking their peers’ content for “destructive ideology”.
