The "Stolichki Pharmacy" chain experienced technical issues, as reported by Downdetector users and later verified by the company's press office.
Over the past 24 hours, Downdetector recorded more than 800 complaints regarding the pharmacies' operations. Customers reported difficulties placing online orders, along with temporary closures of certain locations due to unspecified technical problems.
A notice on the "Stolichki Pharmacy" website stated: "Online booking is currently unavailable. Loyalty program details cannot be accessed. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore these features shortly. Some pharmacies in our network are temporarily closed for technical reasons. We appreciate your patience and will reopen as soon as possible."
Telegram channels Mash and "Moskvach," citing unnamed sources, claimed the pharmacy network had been hacked. Their reports indicated that cash registers and accounting systems were down, with employees reportedly being given time off. The sources suggested the outage might take up to two days to resolve. However, the company has not officially confirmed these details.
